Short answer: FreXolaire, a Paris-based distributor of photovoltaic equipment and an RGE QualiPV-certified solar installer, delivers solar panels, inverters and batteries to every country of the European Union on quote. Send us your product list and delivery country: we price transport and VAT for your order, you pay once you accept the quote, and we ship.
Who we are
FreXolaire is the trading name of EoCube SAS, a French company based at 17 rue Parent de Rosan, 75016 Paris (SIREN 985 156 124, EU VAT number FR22985156124). We run two activities side by side:
- an online shop for solar equipment, used by private buyers, installers, electricians and businesses;
- a photovoltaic installation business holding the French RGE QualiPV certification, issued by Qualit’EnR (certificate QPV/75983), with ten-year liability insurance on our installations.
We install in France only. In the other EU countries we supply the equipment, and your local installer fits it.

The catalogue holds close to 480 products, each with its price, the manufacturer’s datasheet and its compatibilities:
- Solar panels: bifacial, black-frame and full-black modules;
- Inverters: grid-tied inverters, battery-ready hybrid inverters and micro-inverters, single-phase and three-phase;
- Solar batteries: more than 200 LiFePO4 batteries and accessories, low and high voltage, from 5 kWh modules to commercial storage;
- EcoFlow OCEAN 2 and PowerOcean kits, mounting systems, DC solar cables, monitoring and EV chargers.

How an EU order works
- Request a quote. Use our quote form or write to contact@frexolaire.com with the products and quantities you need (product links or model numbers), the delivery address and, for a business, your EU VAT number.
- We price transport and VAT for your country. The quote lists the equipment, the delivery cost to your address and the VAT treatment that applies to you.
- You accept the quote and pay. The payment terms are written in the quote.
- We ship to the address you gave us: home, business or building site. On delivery, check the number of parcels and their condition before signing, and write any damage on the delivery note.
Our online checkout currently accepts delivery addresses in France only, which is why orders for the rest of the EU go through a quote. We do not publish delivery rates or lead times outside France: they depend on the products, their weight and the destination, and your quote states them.
VAT on EU orders
- Businesses with a valid EU VAT number, checked in the European Commission’s VIES database: the sale is an intra-Community supply invoiced without French VAT, and you account for VAT in your own country under the reverse-charge mechanism.
- Private customers: VAT is charged at the rate of your country of delivery and declared through the EU One-Stop Shop (OSS). Prices shown in our shop include French VAT; your quote shows the price with your country’s VAT.
Batteries and solar panels are also covered by take-back and producer-registration rules (WEEE, EU Batteries Regulation 2023/1542) that differ from one country to the next. Your quote confirms that we can deliver each product to your country.

Frequently asked questions
Do you deliver solar equipment outside France?
Yes. We deliver to all 27 member states of the European Union, on quote: send us your product list and delivery country, and we price transport and VAT for your order before you pay.
Can I order directly in the online shop from another EU country?
Not yet. The online checkout accepts delivery addresses in France only. For any other EU country, request a quote through our contact form or at contact@frexolaire.com; you pay once you accept the quote.
How is VAT handled on EU orders?
Businesses with a valid EU VAT number, checked in VIES, are invoiced without French VAT under the intra-Community reverse-charge mechanism. Private customers pay the VAT of their country of delivery, declared through the EU One-Stop Shop (OSS). The quote states the VAT applied.
How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?
Outside France, delivery cost and lead time depend on the products, their weight and the destination, so we do not publish fixed rates. Your quote states both before you commit.
Do you install solar systems outside France?
No. Our RGE QualiPV-certified installation service covers France only. In the other EU countries we supply the equipment and your local installer fits it; we can check beforehand that panels, inverter and battery work together.
